Collaborators: Michelle Nuamah NUAMA is a contemporary label and an ode to traditional sensibilities influenced by the intersection of West African visual culture and the Western landscape. Guided by a perennial ethos–heritage, craftsmanship, details are combined through storytelling, culminating in garments designed to be lived-in, rediscovered and continually cherished.

For the SS23 launch shoot, I complemented the main campaign photography by capturing additional content on iPhone, ensuring we had authentic, in-the-moment visuals that felt intimate and shareable. This required a sharp eye for composition, adaptability on set, and an instinct for finding candid moments that strengthened the brand’s narrative. By seamlessly balancing planned shots with spontaneous content, I was able to extend the brand story across digital channels in a way that felt cohesive, organic, and true to NUAMA’s timeless spirit.
