Collaborators: Rachel Llanera, Laura Payne Smith, Katelin Porter The Canada Pooch Weighted Calm™ Collection is a thoughtfully designed line created to help pets feel more secure, relaxed, and comforted in their everyday lives. Inspired by the soothing benefits of gentle pressure therapy, the collection features stylish, functional pieces like weighted jackets and calming accessories that help reduce stress and anxiety for dogs at home or on the go. With a modern, serene look and soft, comforting materials, the Weighted Calm™ Collection brings together innovation and care – offering pet parents an effective, design-forward way to support their pets’ well-being while blending seamlessly into their daily routines

For the launch of Canada Pooch’s new sub-brand, the Weighted Calm™ Collection, I led the creative direction and art direction to establish an entirely new visual identity and tone for this innovative line. From the ground up, I developed the branding and logo, ensuring it felt distinct yet complimentary to the core Canada Pooch brand. I thoughtfully translated this new look and feel across every touchpoint – from paid ads and email marketing to retailer assets, packaging, and website banners – creating a cohesive brand experience at every interaction.

I creative directed all campaign and product shoots, carefully scouting locations and curating set designs that reinforced the collection’s comforting promise. The result is a fully realized brand world that feels fresh, intentional, and memorable – a testament to my ability to craft elevated, strategically aligned creative that connects seamlessly to the product and brand purpose, bringing new ideas to life in a compelling way.
